The scope includes all incidental related work, demolition of existing equipment, and integration of new HVAC equipment controls with the Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) Metasys system. Contract Details
- Type: Implied Fixed-Price contract, with award based on Lowest Price.
- Estimated Value: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
- Completion: 720 calendar days after award.
- Liquidated Damages: $880 per calendar day for delays.
- Bonds: Bid bonds are required based on dollar values: 20% for proposals over $150K (which also require payment and performance bonds). Payment bond only for proposals between $35K and $150K.
- Wage Requirements: Subject to Wage Determination NC20260010, Executive Order 13706 (Paid Sick Leave), and Executive Order 13658 (Minimum Wage).
