  • Laboratory: Infrastructure for fume hood venting (dedicated HVAC), specialized ventilation for a Battery Storage Room with hydrogen alarms, and plumbing for acid-neutralizing catch basins and emergency eyewash/shower stations.

Properties within the Portland Harbor Superfund Site or the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain are not permitted. A fully serviced lease is required.
