- Asking rental rate per ABOA and RSF for the Full Term, inclusive of a $58.96/ABOA SF tenant improvement allowance (TIA), a $20.00/ABOA SF building specific amortized cost (BSAC) allowance, and GSA’s standard warm-lit building shell requirements.
- A description of any additional tenant concessions offered.
- Date the building will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements.
- Evidence that tenant improvement completion can be achieved by February 2028.
