Scope of Work

Services include no-load and load testing (minimum 1 hour under load or 2 hours with a load bank at 80% capacity). Maintenance covers six (6) Caterpillar (CAT) 3516C generators (2812-2817 KVA each) and associated systems. The contractor must supply all necessary OEM-approved expendable parts. While repairs are not included, current labor rates for potential repairs must be provided, with separate authorization required for any repair work. Deliverables include a Safety Plan, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), maintenance checklists, chemical analysis reports, and detailed maintenance reports.

Eligibility & Submission
