Scope of Work
The contractor will provide semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance, including detailed inspections, cleaning, fluid/filter replacement, battery servicing, and system checks for engine, cooling, and electrical components. Services include no-load and load testing (minimum 1 hour under load or 2 hours with a load bank at 80% capacity). Maintenance covers six (6) Caterpillar (CAT) 3516C generators (2812-2817 KVA each) and associated systems. The contractor must supply all necessary OEM-approved expendable parts. While repairs are not included, current labor rates for potential repairs must be provided, with separate authorization required for any repair work. Deliverables include a Safety Plan, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), maintenance checklists, chemical analysis reports, and detailed maintenance reports.

Eligibility & Submission
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation. Bidders must demonstrate legal authorization to operate in Mexico or the U.S., possess relevant trade-specific licenses, and provide proof of experience with Caterpillar (CAT) diesel-powered generator systems, including documentation of being an authorized service provider. Evaluation
