Scope of Work
This combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ 140P9726Q0026) seeks specific commercial items to meet expanding mission requirements for multi-season snow and materials handling operations. All items must be new, fully warranted, and delivered FOB to Glacier Bay National Park, Gustavus, Alaska. Required attachments include:
- Hydraulic Folding V-shaped Blade: Minimum 13' length, maximum 14', capable of various blade configurations (vee, inverted vee, straight, angled). Must feature a heavy-duty structural steel moldboard, working trip edge, AASHO edge compatibility, and operator-controlled adjustments.
- Hydraulically Adjustable Pallet Forks: Tines approximately 3"x6"x60", with a minimum lifting capacity of 22,800 lbs. Features include a reinforced back frame and operator-controlled hydraulic fork positioning.
- Material Handling Boom Arm: Heavy-duty, designed for lifting suspended loads, with manually adjustable lengths. Minimum horizontal reach of 87" (rated 9300 lbs) and maximum reach of 137.5" (rated 4600 lbs).
- Coupling Adapter: Provides mechanical interface for Volvo L40-L120 coupler systems to operate attachments with CAT IT-style lugging IT24F or equivalent. Must be fabricated from heavy-duty structural steel.
