• Phase 2: Repairs: Execution of all approved repairs to bring the furnaces to full operational capability, to be completed within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Government exercising the repair option.

Deliverables include:

• An Evaluation Report with detailed findings, photographic evidence, a firm-fixed-price (FFP) quote for repairs, and a bill of materials, due within thirty (30) business days after evaluation completion.
• A separate FFP quote for recommended upgrades, overhauls, and preventative maintenance, including travel expenses, justifying recommendations and aiming for 95% operational uptime over 5 years.

• Offerors must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of high-vacuum furnaces.
• CMMC Level 1 (Self) certification is required prior to award for contractor information systems handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• All work must adhere to applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Invoicing and payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
