Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically as an Adobe PDF portfolio. Offerors are required to acknowledge all amendments and hold their proposed prices firm for 180 days. Special Requirements
A Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract value is required within 10 days of contract award. The contractor must coordinate extensively with GPO project management, stakeholders, and DCDOT.
