Scope of Work
Contractors will provide labor, supervision, and transportation for court reporting services on an "as needed" basis. Key deliverables include: Regular and Daily Transcripts (in .pdf or .ptx format), Key Word Indexing, Additional Copies, SDHD Cards, Attendance Fees, and Cancellation Fees. Specific performance standards require transcripts to be delivered within specified turnaround times (e.g., 10 business days for regular, next-business day for daily) and adhere to strict formatting and content requirements. Recording methods may include Steno-type, Real Time recording, CAT, monitored Multi-Microphone systems, Steno mask, or videotape, with backup systems. All contractor personnel require T4 High Risk Public Trust background clearance.
