This document is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Grand Jury and/or Deposition Court Reporting Services. The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Idaho (USAO-ID), intends to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the mission of the USAO-ID. The anticipated award date is June 2026.

• The contractor shall provide labor, supervision, and transportation necessary for court reporting services.

• All task orders awarded under this IDIQ will be Time & Materials (T&M).

• The contract will have one (1) base year and four (4) option year periods.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561492, Court Reporting and Stenotype Services, with a small business size standard of $19M in average annual receipts.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Quotes must include a cover page or SF1449 with Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Grand Jury and/or Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the District of Idaho.

• Provide labor, supervision, and transportation for court reporting services.

• Services to be provided on an "as needed" basis.

• Locations include U.S. Federal Courthouses in Boise, Pocatello, and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

• Services may be required at alternative locations.

• The government anticipates making at least one, but not more than two, multiple awards.

• Transcripts to be delivered in .pdf or .ptx format within specified turnaround times (Regular/10 Business Day, Daily/Next-Business Day).

• Additional copies of transcripts may be ordered.

• Witness testimony to be produced only when requested by the USAO; colloquy will not be transcribed unless requested.

• Each witness's testimony to be in a separate transcript.

• Recording to be done using Steno-type equipment, Real Time recording, CAT, or monitored Multi-Microphone systems, and potentially Steno mask or videotape.

• Base Period: 7/01/2026 - 6/30/2027.

• Four (4) one-year Option Periods.
