Scope of Work

Key services include:
- Examinations and Assessments: Initial physical examinations, health condition monitoring.
- Treatment and Care: Acute and minor condition treatment, chronic condition management, prescription issuance (including Schedule II in collaboration with counselors), immunizations, hospitalization recommendations, and follow-up care.
- Preventive Care & Education: Health promotion, prevention planning, and family planning education.
- Coordination: Integration of medical services with other Center health and wellness components, and establishment of a referral system for specialized or emergent care.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintenance of detailed medical records (Student Health Record - SHR) and monthly reporting on health-related matters.
Services are typically required 1-2 days per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with the schedule mutually agreed upon and potentially adjusted based on Center On Board Strength (OBS).
