• All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

• Contractors must furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15.

• Offerors must be able to provide necessary certification, including traceability to the manufacturer, manufacturer's COC, and their own certificate of conformance.

• Alternate parts will be authorized only if they are approved and satisfy all form, fit, and function requirements of the original parts.

• All parts supplied must be new.

• The anticipated award type is a firm-fixed price contract, consisting of a priced line item and an optional priced line item.

• The government intends to make one award.

• Contractors must submit pricing for all items to be considered responsive.

• Quotes will be evaluated based on Price and Technical Acceptability.

• Price evaluation will consider the base quantity and the optional quantity.

• Technical Acceptability requires the exact brand name, make, and model number specified. Substitutions or "equal" products will not be considered.

• Documentation (e.g., manufacturer quote, datasheet) must be provided to confirm the offered product is the exact item requested.

• Past Performance will also be evaluated.

• The evaluation method prioritizes the lowest priced offer for Technical Capability, proceeding to the next lowest priced offer if the initial one is not technically acceptable.

• Delivery is required within 60 days after award; early deliveries are accepted.

• Offers must be held firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
