• Install continuous FRP extrusions (2-part assemblies) for cartwheels.

• Grout an FRP trough into the resized concrete slot.

• Grout a hollow fiberglass rail into the trough using a thin system adhesive.

• Fill the fiberglass rail with 9000 PSI non-shrink epoxy grout.

• Contractor to provide FRP extrusions, adhesive, and epoxy grout.

• Rail replacement must be completed during winter months (December 2026 - March 2027).
