This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). It serves as the only solicitation, and paper copies will not be issued. The requirement is for Aluminum Oxide Abrasive Grit, Brown Fused, Size #36, in 1-ton bags (HMAUL). The manufacturer must be listed on the PHNSY & IMF C/106 AUL listing.

• Manufacturer Authorization: Manufacturer must be authorized for the HMCN being procured and listed on the PHNSY & IMF C/106 AUL listing.

• Required Forms: Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Responsibility: Vendor responsibility will be determined using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104.

• Quote Requirements: Include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact (name and phone number), GSA contract number (if applicable), business size under NAICS Code, preferred payment method (GCPC or WAWF).

• One Quote Per Solicitation: Sending two quotes for the same solicitation will result in the second not being considered.

• Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

This document contains several Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses and provisions that are critical for potential bidders to understand. • Evaluation Factors: The solicitation will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Evaluation factors include Price, Technical Capability, and Delivery. Technical capability must be rated 'Acceptable' for price to be considered.

• The contract type is not specified, but the evaluation is based on simplified acquisition procedures.
