The FSC Code is 5350 and the NAICS code is 327910 with a Small Business Standard of 900. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard IMF in Hawaii. Payment terms are Net 30 Days after acceptance of material.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This opportunity is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors are required to indicate their business size (e.g., Small, SDB, VOSB, WOSB, etc.) in their submission.
Submission & Evaluation
Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Vendor responsibility will be determined using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104. Quotes must be submitted via email to quincey.dillenback.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions must include price(s), FOB point, CAGE Code, a point of contact (name and phone number), GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and preferred payment method (GCPC or WAWF). Only one quote per solicitation will be considered. Offerors must also complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019, as well as 52.212-3 Alt I if not updated in SAM.
