Amendment / Modification

• Added Clause: Clause 52.222-90, "ADDRESSING DEI DISCRIMINATION BY FEDERAL CONTRACTORS (APR 2026) (EXECUTIVE ORDER 14398) (DEVIATION 2026-00040)" has been added to Section I.

• Updated Clause: Clause 52.244-6, "SUBCONTRACTS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (APR 2026) (DEVIATION 2026-00038) (DEVIATION 2025-00003) (DEVIATION 2026-00040)" has been updated.
