- Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, turfgrass renovation, maintenance of planting beds and tree rings, shrub/tree maintenance, application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
- Facility & Headstone Maintenance: Cleaning of paved areas, committal shelters, administrative buildings, headstone/monument cleaning and alignment, and headstone destruction.
- Seasonal Services: Snow and ice removal, irrigation system operation and maintenance.
- Pest Control: Japanese beetle and grub control.

- Supervisory Experience: Resumes of supervisory personnel (foremen/work leaders) demonstrating a minimum of five (5) years of experience in cemetery operations, including casketed/cremation burials and headstone setting in National Cemeteries.
- Staffing & Equipment: Documentation of at least four (4) employees and a clean, serviceable, safe vehicle equipped with casket rollers by the contract start date.
