Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for grounds maintenance and pest control services. The solicitation includes a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the required services.

• Grounds maintenance services including cleaning, mowing, edging, shrubbery trimming, weed control, fertilizing, watering, leaf removal, and parking lot/driveway maintenance.

• Pest control services, including the development and implementation of a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Plan.

• Services are to be performed at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sites.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: Base period from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. Option period from June 1, 2027, through May 31, 2028.

• Quotations must be submitted in three separate documents: Technical Quotation, Pricing Spreadsheet (Excel), and a signed copy of the SF 1449.
