- Weekly lawn services (mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization).
- Weed control (pre/post-emergence, removal from paved surfaces).
- Flowerbed, shrub, and tree maintenance (seasonal planting, mulching, trimming, pruning).
- Watering system maintenance.
- Weekly/bi-weekly leaves and trash removal.
- Pest and disease control for lawn, shrubs, and trees.
- Sediment and debris removal from concrete-lined drainage ditches. Above Standard Services (ordered as-needed) include:
- Snow and ice removal from paved areas, sidewalks, landings, and other critical access points.
- Immediate ice removal upon notification for safety.
- Compliance with biobased product requirements (Section 9002, EO 13423, FAR) is mandatory, including submission of a product list and a Grounds Maintenance Plan within 30 days of award.
