Scope of Work
The contractor will provide, deliver, and replace floor mats on a weekly basis at the Gallup Indian Medical Center. This includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. The contractor is responsible for removing used mats and replacing them with clean mats of the same size and quantity, ensuring they are properly aligned, flat, and secure. Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Evaluation factors include: Technical Capability (demonstrating compliance with the Scope of Work), Delivery, and Price. Offers will be evaluated by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
