Services are required twice a month (second and fourth week). Additionally, general interior systems preventative maintenance for each Quarters is required every three months. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, and equipment, while the Government will provide a washer, dryer, and cleaning detergent. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including OSHA, EPA, CDC, and territorial standards, is mandatory. Any issues or damage must be reported within 24 hours.
