This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the acquisition of a Semi-Permanent awning, security fencing (chain-link), concrete barriers, a 40' Sea Container for Office Space and Storage, a Generator, and a Metal Cart for the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala, located in Chahal, Alta Verapaz. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.

• Semi-Permanent awning (disassemblable and re-assemblable)

• 50 meters of chain-link security fencing with visibility-preventing covers

• 16 concrete barriers

• Two 40' Sea Containers for office space and storage

• One generator and metal cart

• One awning for the generator (4m x 4m)

• DBA Insurance

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price (FFP)

• Period of Performance: 30 calendar days after notice to proceed.

• Estimated Value: $95,000.00 to $160,250.00

• Proposals must be in English.

• Quotations are due by April 10, 2026, by 17:00 hours.

• Submit questions by March 20, 2026, by 17:00 hours.

• Award will be based on the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.

• Evaluation will consider technical qualifications, financial responsibility, performance period compliance, integrity, experience, necessary equipment/facilities, and technical requirements.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• No specific set-aside is mentioned.
