Outgoing Unclassified Diplomatic Pouch: Picking up pouches at the U.S. Embassy and delivering to COMBEX-IM.
Dedicated Transportation: Direct transport under lock and key, protected from weather, with vehicles having a cargo capacity of at least 260 cu. ft. (404 cu. ft. for high season).
All mail and pouches must be handled on U.S. Embassy business days and COMBEX-IM business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
