- Service must be for Single Country Land User (Guatemala).
- Features: Network priority, Public IP, and Dashboard.
- Compatibility with standard and mini Starlink kits.
- Contractor responsibilities include service provision, activation support, and warranty certificates. The U.S. Embassy will provide account/service registration information and serial numbers.
Contract Details

- Period of Performance: One (1) year from service activation.
- Delivery: Within 20 calendar days after purchase order award.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days, processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- Pricing: Quotations should include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation. Prices can be in USD or Quetzales. VAT is not included in CLIN rates as the Government is exempt.

- Evaluation Factors: Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made on an an "all or none" basis.
- Required Documents: SF-18, Section A, II, Pricing, IRS Form W-14, Proof of SAM Registration, description/nomenclature of item, service literature, warranty terms, Past Performance (last 2 years, max 5 references), Certifications, and a C-SCRM Questionnaire.
