Evaluation & Submission

Offerors must submit proposals in English, ensuring they are complete. Email bids should not exceed 10MB, and accepted file formats are .pdf, .tif, or .gif. Prior to submission, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
Additional Notes
Offerors must submit completed SF-18, Section A.2 Pricing, IRS Form W-14 (or equivalent), and proof of SAM registration. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in CLIN rates; the U.S. Embassy will provide an IVA exemption form. Prices can be quoted in U.S. Dollars or Quetzales. Invoices must be submitted through the mygrants payment portal. Cybersecurity supply chain risk management requirements are included.
