Additional Notes
NAVAIR has determined Bell Textron Inc. is the only responsible source due to the Government not owning the technical data or possessing necessary license rights. Qualifying another source and developing technical data would result in an unacceptable 8-year delay. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties should visit Bell Textron's supplier website (http://www.bellhelicopter.com/en_US/Suppliers/Suppliers.html) or email strategicsourcing@bellhelicopter.textron.com.
