Scope of Work

Task orders will specify buildings, systems, and required ITM tasks.
Contract Details
This is a firm-fixed price commercial contract. The estimated period of performance is May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031. A guaranteed minimum of $2,500.00 is set for each awarded contract, with a maximum order limitation of $2,000,000.00 for the life of each individual contract. The NPS anticipates awarding two contracts.
Key Requirements
Contractors must provide all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies, and have access to IFC and NFPA standards. Required disciplines include Senior Project Manager, Technical Assistant, Technician, Administrative Support, and Cost Estimator. An amendment (0001) clarifies that the "Administrative Support" discipline should include "or equivalent experience." The contract is subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). IDIQ holders are prohibited from bidding on repair projects developed under this contract.
