This document is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 140P5226R0013. The effective date is May 22, 2026. The solicitation is amended as follows:

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a comprehensive full-service agreement for the inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and portable fire extinguishers located at Natchez National Historical Park.

• Covered Systems: Fire alarm control equipment, networked components, initiating devices, notification appliances, monitoring interfaces, sprinkler risers, control valves, supervisory devices, backflow preventers, gauges, compressors, and portable fire extinguishers.

• Covered Facilities: Includes various buildings and structures within Natchez National Historical Park, such as the Visitor Center, Melrose Estate buildings, and William Johnson House.

• Services: Annual inspection and testing (per NFPA 72 for fire alarm, NFPA 25 for sprinklers), portable fire extinguisher inspection (per applicable codes), scheduled preventive maintenance (minimum four visits annually), unlimited on-call service response for trouble conditions and impairments, troubleshooting, diagnostics, corrective repairs, and replacement of failed standard serviceable components.
