Scope of Work

Contract Details
This is an indefinite quantity contract with an ordering period from August 24, 2025, through August 23, 2030, and an option to extend services for up to 6 months. Individual orders will have a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $700,000. Required submission documents include a technical description, acknowledgment of amendments, past performance information, a completed FAR 52.212-3, a capabilities statement, examples of similar service delivery, insurance information, and the VAAR 852.219-75 certification. The SF 1449 form page 1 is not required. Quotes will be evaluated based on the best overall benefit to the Government, considering technical capability, price, and past performance. Offerors must be certified in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification database and have an active SAM registration.
