Calibration tasks are to be performed annually within the month of June.

Key Requirements & Performance
Contractors must ensure Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are "fully qualified" with formalized training and a minimum of two years of experience. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary OEM service manuals and diagnostic software. All test equipment used must have current calibration certifications traceable to a national standard. Performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Biomedical staff, requiring vendor check-ins/check-outs and detailed Service Reports (ESRs) submitted within 72 hours post-service. Compliance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard and various conformance standards (NFPA-99, TJC, NEC, OSHA, HIPAA) is mandatory.
