NSWCDD requires comprehensive engineering services to support the research, development, test, and evaluation (RDTE) components of the US Navy. The scope includes system, mechanical, electrical, computer hardware and software engineering, design, technical direction, configuration management (CM), logistics support, technical writing, information assurance (IA), and system administration services. Support is needed for all technical and engineering stages of weapon control systems, advanced weapon systems, missile systems, and related effectiveness, simulation, and testing efforts for both US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems. The contractor's primary facility must be within 60 miles of NSWCDD, Dahlgren, VA.

This is a Level of Effort (term) Task Order with a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) pricing arrangement for labor. The period of performance includes a Base Year (August 2027 - August 2028) and four Option Years (August 2028 - August 2032).
