Submission & Evaluation
Offers will be evaluated based on price as the sole factor, with award going to the lowest-priced, reasonable offer within available funding. Offerors must provide valid certifications including CDC Elite Lab, ISO/IEC 17025 Lab, State Certified Water Sampler (CA, AZ, NM), Plumbing Design Reviewer (ASPE CPD), State Licensed Plumber (CA, AZ, NM), Environmental Engineer PE Licensed (CA, AZ, NM), and Mechanical Engineer PE Licensed (CA, AZ, NM). Credit will be given for certified SDVOSBs/VOSBs as subcontractors.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the VA's financial system using the 10091 webform and maintain active SAM registration. Failure to submit required certifications or complete SAM registration may lead to disqualification. Offerors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for any further amendments.
