Purpose & Scope of Work
This requirement seeks to provide comprehensive A-E services, including planning, programming, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, master planning, Value Engineering, engineering studies, design services (drawings and specifications), estimating, surveying, site/field investigation, analysis, CADD/BIM preparation/review, design review, commissioning, economic analysis, and specification updates. Work will support projects for DoD clients and other federal departments both within and outside the contiguous United States, including U.S. Territories, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. While travel to work sites may be required, the majority of work is expected to be performed in the A-E firm's home office.
