Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the procurement of Handheld X-Ray Imaging Systems for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) in Colombia. The systems will be used by the Colombian Counter Narcotic Police (DIRAN) for 24/7 inspections at Colombian seaports and international airports to detect drugs and contraband in cargo, air carriers, and vehicles.

• Quantity: 23 handheld X-Ray backscatter and transmission imager systems.

• Technical Specifications: Systems must meet radiation safety standards, integrate backscatter and transmission features, and include all necessary accessories. Specific requirements include a 140 KeV or higher X-Ray generator, 8mm steel penetration, at least 50,000 scan internal storage, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, a 7-inch or larger Full HD color screen, and a Li-Ion battery for 4+ hours of use.
