This document is a Sources Sought notice issued by the 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis AFB, California. Its purpose is to determine the availability of businesses, including various small business categories, capable of performing a quality check/assessment of hangar doors H808, H809, and H810. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors.

• Nature of Notice: This is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. The Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
• Costs: The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs are at the interested party's expense.
• Future Participation: Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.

• Release of this notice should not be construed as a commitment or authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To assess the current condition of hangar doors at Buildings 808, 809, and 810, and to provide a list of all identified discrepancies.

• Perform function/quality checks on each hangar door section for buildings 808, 809, and 810.

• Provide a list of findings and deficiencies after the assessment.

• Supply any necessary man-lift equipment for assessments.

• Restore any disturbed areas/facility components to their original state, keeping the work area clear of debris.

• Dispose of all construction debris off the installation in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Provide system schematics (as-builts) and maintenance guidelines/service manuals for installed components upon completion (minimum one hard copy and one digital file).

• Work must comply with Federal, State, and Local Code requirements, as well as NSPC, NEC, ASHRE, OSHA, NFPA, and UFC codes and standards.

• Contractor must coordinate with the facility manager, providing 14 days' advance notice for any shutdowns.

• All work is warranted for one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
