Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This contract provides an acquisition vehicle for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) to maintain an inventory of Ready for Issue (RFI) components for the HC-130J aircraft, supporting critical missions such as search and rescue and law enforcement.

• Repair of applicable Part Numbers (P/N) and National Stock Numbers (NSN) as specified in the Schedule.

• Components must be returned in an airworthy condition, suitable for installation.

• Contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM Authorized Repair Center.

• Must maintain a Quality Assurance System.

• Must have access to all applicable technical directives and manuals.

• Airworthiness Certification (e.g., FAA 8130) is required for all repaired items.

• Environmental requirements for cleaning components to remove hazardous dust.

• Specific procedures for handling Unusual Damage, Cannibalized Components, and Beyond Economical Repair (BER) situations.

• Use of the Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS) and submission of Component Repair Records (CRR).

• NG is the only source with the proprietary data, technical expertise, and authorized repair facility to perform these services.

• Market research was conducted from July 2025 through December 2025, including a Sources Sought Notice posted on SAM.gov (09/29/2025 - 10/09/2025), which yielded only one capable response from the OEM.
