Scope of Work

The contractor will provide instructional support for four iterations annually of the ALS Operator course, training 32 students per year (maximum 8 students per course, 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio). This includes instructing specific modules:

  • Module B: ALS1A1 Operation (60 hours)
  • Module C: Biological Warfare Agents (BWA) Analytical Instruments Operation (48 hours)
  • Module D: Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA) Analytical Instruments Operation (54 hours)
  • Module E: Biological and Chemical STX (16 hours)

Instructors must meet specific experience and certification requirements, including expertise with ALS systems and analytical laboratory procedures. All work must comply with TRADOC Regulation 350-70. The Government will provide classrooms, ALS 1A1 Trainers, laboratory equipment, and laptops.
