Purpose
This RFI, reference number PANHCA-26-P-38963, is issued by the Healthcare Contracting Division – Southeast (HCD-SE), Branch 6 – Europe, to determine the availability of qualified entities interested in and capable of supporting HEC services. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be furnished upon request.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive HEC services across multiple DHA MTFs in Germany. The anticipated period of performance includes a one-year base period from July 29, 2026, through July 28, 2027, followed by one 3-month option period and one 2-month option period.
Response Requirements
Interested parties must submit responses electronically to the identified points of contact. Responses are limited to 3 pages and should include:
- Company Information: Name, phone number, CAGE Code, Point of Contact (POC) information, website.
- Previous Experience: A description of the company’s experience providing HEC services.
- Capability Statement: Verification of technical and operational capacity to execute HEC services at the specified locations effective July 28, 2026.
- Other Relevant Information: Any additional details the Government should consider for market research or acquisition strategy. Proprietary information should be minimized and clearly marked.
