Scope of Work

- Demolition and removal of existing fan coil units from the attic.
- Reuse of existing ductwork, with the contractor ensuring compatibility with new units.
- Reuse of existing building control systems.
- Replacement of disconnect whips and reuse of existing concrete pads.
- All necessary electrical work for single-phase units.
Key Requirements & Clarifications
