Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the procurement of 48 tanks of Ultra High Purity (UHP) Helium. Key requirements include:

- Cylinders: 48 T-size tanks (291 cubic feet) with CG 580 valves. Refurbished cylinders with a 5-year warranty are acceptable, but valves must be brand new. Cylinders can be provided at standard service pressure (approximately 2400 PSI), exceeding the 1500 PSI requirement.
- Racks: 3 Galvanized Steel Pallets/Racks, with 16 filled tanks per rack. Racks must have three closed sides and one open side for easy loading/unloading, secured with straps, and are not manifolded.
- Warranty: A 5-year warranty is required on all cylinders, racks, and valves.
- Delivery: Within 7 business days after award to NBVC, 575 Avenue I, Building PM 532, POINT MUGU, CA 93042. Early delivery is accepted at no additional cost. The contractor is liable for rectifying any issues at the site of delivery.
