Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide portable water systems to assist the Ft. Apache Agency (Fire Management) in fire suppression efforts on the White Mountain Apache reservation, addressing drought conditions and the ineffectiveness of existing water systems.

Procurement and delivery of portable water tanks (Heliwells) with the following characteristics:

• Capacity: 9425 USG to 14,900 USG

• Fast assembly (under two hours by three people)

• Rapid filling (under one hour with a 300 USGPM pump)

• Large open top (up to 16 ft./4.9 m diameter) for Bambi Bucket access

• Modular design: Outer aluminum shell separates into 8 or 10 panels for easy transport

• Side fill/discharge flange

• Heavy-duty vinyl fabric liner

• Aluminum carry pallet for ground shipping

• Products to be delivered assembled onsite.

• Delivery Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (MST, AZ).

• Delivery Location: As specified in the solicitation.

• The Heliwell can be used as a helicopter dip tank or a fire-retardant mixing tank.

• Panels can be transported by standard pickup truck or slung from a helicopter.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically "Heli Well Tank" and "Task Chair." The government is procuring these items in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The government contemplates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

• Items: Heliwell Tank (Item 00010) and Task Chair (Item 00020).

• Scope: Deliver, assemble, install, and place all items according to manufacturer guidelines. Protect government property during installation. Remove all packing materials and debris from the site. Coordinate delivery and installation logistics. Verify field measurements and report discrepancies. Provide a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty, plus standard commercial warranty support.

• Salient Characteristics: Offerors must provide brand name or equal items meeting all salient characteristics. For equal items, specifications demonstrating compliance are required.
