Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted to both Kazuo Colunga (kazuo.colunga@spaceforce.mil) and SSgt Kaylie Anderson (kaylie.anderson@spaceforce.mil). Submissions should not exceed 10 pages and must not be in .zip file format. Quotes must include company name, contact information, address, telephone number, unit price, extended price, CAGE Code, a quote validity statement (prices firm for 60 calendar days), and business size/socio-economic status. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov. Evaluation will be based on a competitive quote with the lowest evaluated price that meets technical criteria on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Technical documentation must confirm products meet minimum requirements.
