Scope of Work
The contractor will provide Cultural Resources Management technical support to assist Hill AFB and UTTR in fulfilling federal trust and treaty responsibilities with Tribal Nations. Key objectives include:
- UTTR Tribal Cultural Specialist Section 110 Survey: Facilitate and conduct a survey using designated TCSs from culturally affiliated tribes to identify, assess, and evaluate sites/areas of religious, traditional, and cultural significance on the UTTR. This involves desktop research, field visits, updating records, and providing indigenous awareness to land managers.
- Utah DoD Annual American Indian Meeting Support: Provide on-site expert consultation support, including direct payment of travel expenses, per diem, and honorariums to designated tribal members, managing hotel invoices, and providing expense summary reports.
