Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This statement of work defines the requirements for Acquisition Program Management Office Support for the renewal of HMS TimeControl licensing subscription and maintenance for the Depot Management System TimeControl Industrial (DPOMS TCI) for FY26.

• Provide license activation, upgrades, and maintenance support for HMS TimeControl.

• Offer technical support staff globally to assist with technical issues related to the product.

• Provide phone and email support during user's local business hours.

• Address Severity 1 issues regardless of when reported.

• Deliver software updates and upgrades, including patches, new features, and version updates.

• Ensure USCG has access to the latest version software and update releases.

• Period of Performance: July 6, 2026 - July 5, 2027.

• Primary Place of Performance: USCG Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), 408 Coast Guard Drive, Kearneysville, WV 25430.

• Section 508 Requirements: All products, platforms, and services delivered as ICT must conform to the revised regulatory implementation of Section 508 Standards. Offerors must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each ICT item, based on the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) Version 2.0 508.
