- Software: Remote Angle Hardware/Software Package including Encoder, Digital Rotary, Pulleys, Cable, Connectors, Mounting Bracket, and Software Program.
- On-site Commissioning: Three days of on-site work by one person for re-calibration, SAE ARP testing, and training for at least six operators (one day, eight hours).
- Performance Standards: Modernization must meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ISO 17025 calibration requirements, and Tinker Facility and Electrical Standards.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Acceptability and Cost/Price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with a technically acceptable proposal and the lowest evaluated price. Offerors must:

- Submit a completed Standard Form 1449, including company information, CAGE Code, wet signature, pricing on Page 3, and delivery times.
- Complete all "Fill-in" provisions and clauses (e.g., DFARS 252.209-7999, FAR 52.209-11, FAR 52.212-3).
- Provide a written statement explaining how they will meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.
