Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive management and execution of the Army Official Licensed Hologram Support. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and manufacturing high-security holograms with detailed elements, nano-sized features, "latent imaging," and "nano imagery."
- Incorporating the Army Logo and "www.goarmy.com" URL into all licensed items.
- Establishing and managing accounts for an estimated 264 licensees.
- Providing technology for licensees to order products, manage supply chains, and track shipments.
- Offering technical support to licensees.
- Delivering monthly sales reports and year-to-date sales data for each licensee.
- Developing and maintaining a fully operational online portal for licensees to submit product concepts, royalty reports, and licensing documentation.
