Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced quote that is rated Technically Acceptable (Pass/Fail). Technical acceptability requires meeting all minimum requirements, including the specified 30-day delivery timeline. Among technically acceptable quotes, the award will go to the offeror with the lowest total evaluated price.
