This solicitation is for the procurement of a "Street Sweeper Hopper" and associated components. The purpose is to acquire a hopper assembly for direct installation on a 2007 Schwarze A7000 Street Sweeper mounted on a Sterling chassis.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is required within 130 Calendar Days from the Date of Award.

• Offer Due Date: April 16, 2026, at 02:00 PM local time.

• Questions Due: April 9, 2026.

• Answers to Questions Posted: April 11, 2026.

• Evaluation will be based on conformance with RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and registration in SAM.gov.

• Award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets all required specifications.

• The evaluation process involves checking for completeness, ranking by price, and verifying compliance with specifications.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• NAICS Code: 336120 with a Size Standard of 1500.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5 by reference, with some clauses being deviations.

• Payment requests and receiving reports are to be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• The solicitation includes clauses related to small business representations, Buy American-Free Trade Agreements, and prohibition on acquisition of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for providing one new hopper assembly and associated components for a 2007 Schwarze Model A7000 Street Sweeper.

• Hopper Assembly: The seller must provide one (1) new hopper assembly, part number 203G43, designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for Air Force Registration Number: 07D00279 (VIN: 49HAADBV47DX54568), a 2007 Schwarze Model A7000 Street Sweeper on a Sterling chassis.

• Included Components: The hopper assembly must include a new hopper container, rear door, lift cylinders, vacuum attachment, all necessary electrical wiring, seals, gaskets, and be finished in PPG brand code 92086.

• Government Responsibility: The U.S. Government (Air Force Global Strike Command, 341st Missile Wing Logistics Readiness Squadron, Vehicle Maintenance) will be responsible for the installation of the hopper assembly.

• All work and materials must meet the requirements outlined in this SOW.

• Components must be new, fully functional upon delivery, and meet specific compatibility requirements.

• Delivery terms, schedule, and location will be in accordance with the awarded contract. Delivery must be within 130 ADC (After Delivery Contract). The place of performance is implied to be the receiving unit at the 341st Missile Wing.

• Warranty: A minimum one-year warranty is required, covering paint, finish quality, and corrosion protection for the hopper assembly and all included components.

• Pricing: A single firm-fixed price is required, covering all materials, components, and warranty.

• Inspection & Acceptance: The delivered hopper assembly will be inspected and accepted by a representative from the 341st Missile Wing Logistics Readiness Squadron, Vehicle Maintenance, only after verification of all SOW specifications.
