Scope of Work
The government seeks thirty (30) Horizontal Laminar Flow Hoods, Pharmacy Grade, with specific technical requirements:
- Material: 100% 16/18-gauge 304 Stainless Steel for exterior and interior, with continuous welded seams.
- Air Flow: 1450 CFM or greater.
- Air Cleanliness: ISO Class 5 and USP <797> compliant.
- Dimensions: Exterior Width: 72"; Exterior Depth: 32"; Exterior Height: less than 80".
- Mobility: Adjustable height mobile stand with heavy-duty casters (work surface height 31"-38").
- Features: Standard IV bar with hooks, standard LED lights, DC ECM motor, 115V 60Hz 15 amp electrical.
- Compliance: Must be USP <797> compliant and certified to meet ISO Class 5 or better. Pharmaceutical Grade and General Laboratory Grade hoods are not acceptable.
