Quick Summary

This requirement is for 20 units of a specific 4-inch ID x 50-foot nonmetallic hose assembly, intended for temporary freshwater or saltwater headers in a marine environment. Scope of Work
The requirement is for 20 units of a 4" ID x 50' Long nonmetallic hose assembly, featuring high UV protection and abrasion resistance, with interlocking crimp ferrules and camlock adapters on both ends. The specified hose is Texcel, Gamma-Flex Tank 300, Part Number GTA30C1-4.0. End fittings must be PT Coupling Co. Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit the attached Solicitation No. SPMYM4-26-Q-3263, along with technical specifications as required in Section H. Submissions must include manufacturer cut sheets or product description sheets, technical characteristics, manufacturer contact information, and part numbers. Quotes must reference manufacturer part numbers. If not using SF 1449, a statement confirming agreement with all solicitation terms and conditions is required. Alternate parts are not acceptable.
Evaluation Factors
Quotations will be evaluated based on:
- Technical Acceptability
- Delivery
- Price
Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. An offer must be technically acceptable to be considered. The government has justified the brand-name specification for TEXCEL hoses due to specific cover texture for user-friendliness and safety.
Key Considerations
Quotations must represent a firm-fixed price for the entire requirement, with no post-award price increases or counteroffers. Failure to accept the purchase order at the quoted price may result in non-responsiveness. Vendors must ensure quoted prices include all costs (manufacturing, materials, delivery).
