• Various sizes of textured silicone rubber heat blankets (10", 12", 15") with specific voltage, wattage, and insulation requirements.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of "Hot Bonder Kits and Accessories" for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The government intends to issue a commercial firm fixed price contract for this acquisition.

• Eight (8) Hot Bonder Kits, each including a Dual Zone Hot Bonder with specific features (sensor inputs, thermocouple inputs, power options, 120V, 30A).

• A dot matrix printer capable of printing various data, including time, date, program description, tag number, P/N, employee ID, graphs, set points, temperatures, vacuum, alarms, and program changes.

• Storage for 40-50 hours of cure record information for export.

• Support for 8-10 ramps and dwells per program and 25-35 cure profiles.

• Graphic and numeric displays for temperature and vacuum, with user-selectable units (including English).

• Alphanumeric keypad for text entry and revision.

• Temperature adjustments in increments of 1F or 1C.

• Active monitoring of all thermocouples with auditory and display alarms.

• Specific alarm conditions for high/low temperature deviations and low vacuum.
