Scope of Work

Specific tasks encompass site selection and permitting (assumed National Mall), program development, marketing and advertising, public engagement, audio/visual support, and on-site event operations. This includes providing necessary equipment such as cranes, forklifts, generators, tents, and AV gear. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) details requirements for site layout, setup/teardown plans, inclement weather protocols, and crowd management.

Submission Requirements

- A completed Event Pricing Worksheet (Attachment 1).
- Evidence of ability to perform services on the National Mall, including recent past performance and a reference at the National Park Service (NPS) to confirm eligibility. Offerors failing to provide this will not be considered.
- A technical proposal and a Quality Control Plan.
Evaluation Factors
Award will be based on a best value determination considering: Technical Approach, Quality Control Plan, Experience, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and past performance factors are considered more important than price. Bidders will use Attachment 3 for past performance information and references will complete Attachment 2.
