• Extensive testing certifications including Post-Overhaul, Non-Destructive Tests (Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic), Mechanical Property Testing, and Annealing/Age Hardening.
• Compliance with specific pressure and test time tolerances, O-ring groove inspection, and thread inspection requirements (FED-STD-H28 series).
• Prohibition of molybdenum disulfide thread lubricants; use of anti-galling compound A-A-59004.
• Internal threads must be cut, not cold-formed.
• Welding and brazing must adhere to specified standards (S9074-AR-GIB-010A/278, 0900-LP-001-7000, S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248). Repair welding is not permitted on QQ-N-286 material.

• Material Traceability: Critical for Level I/SUBSAFE systems, requiring unique traceability numbers, heat-lot numbers, and comprehensive certification data (DI-MISC-81020). Electronic signatures are acceptable under controlled conditions.
